Welcome to TANQUA training!

The 10 week Design Your Life program, is a customised program that helps you re-establish daily habits in fitness and nutrition to help you take consistent action towards your intended outcomes.

Write it down. Now we have a destination - let's figure out the best way to get you there.

Probably a bit disappointing!

The best way to reach your destination is to figure out what that is first.

Once we have determined how you would like like your life to be during the initial consult, we can formulate the plan and the steps to help you reach your desired results.

This is a very important place to start. Once we have determined your "roadmap" then its easy to find the destination- you simply follow the directions.

INITIAL CONSULT

THE INITIAL CONSULT

WHAT DO WE COVER IN THE INITIAL CONSULT?

  • Duration 90 minutes- this can be split into 2 sessions

  • We look at your current habits,, food fitness and health history- establishing a baseline.

  • Schedule training and diet adjustments that fit into your daily life. This is important - small daily adjustments in fitness and diet to ensure success. 

  • We will focus on incremental steps that are easy to action, to build sustainable habit change maintaining consistent progress towards your intentions. This is how confidence is build and progress is made.

  • Schedule daily calls Monday - Friday. If you continue with the 10 week program, for the first 4 weeks you receive daily check-in phone calls, text or emails from me. You can ask questions, chat, just check in.

What's the cost?

90 minute private consult, where  we set the baseline and the plan.

The consult can be split into 2 x 45 minute sessions

10 WEEK PROGRAM

This a a basic outline of the program - the solution will be customised for you after the initial consult

THE 10 WEEK PROGRAM

RESET, DETOX, CLEANSE, RESTORE

 In the initial stage of the program we establish a baseline then set up  the directions to get to the destination.

Set a baseline Get a Dexa Scan- this shows with accuracy the lean muscle mass, bone density, fat percentage and visceral fat. its a great way to see scientifically how we need to concentrate our efforts.

Reset habits for fitness, nutritional and habit health - determine what are your current habits and triggers then placing new habits in place . Small incremental steps create success., 

Monday- Friday you have daily checkin phonically, texts or emails with Tanya

LET'S BOUNCE YOUR METABOLISM & REEVALUATE

You have done so well to get to the next phase. It's time to increase your exercise regularity and  give your metabolism another boost

At the 6 week mark we have another look at your intentions and action taken  towards them. Any adjustments needed can be considered and milestones reached can be rewarded.

8-10

BUILDING RESILIENCE & THE NEXT STEP

Time to change the focus! The final four weeks are where you practise taking the habits and skills you have learned into life beyond the program. Join a fitness class, eating out, knowing that when you have an intended destination that is clear, choices become very clear, anything that doesn't positively move you to where you want to go, doesn't get considered. Now we set some intentions for your next 3 months, You know what to do next.
