I am a really picky eater. i seem to say more that I don't like to eat that what I do. i have tried a number of the Tanqua dishes- all of which exceeded my expectations. not only was the food delicious, I began to enjoy what I ate. Tanqua food is a sensual experience. the real pleasure of the eating is enhanced by the fact that I know the food is nutritious and great for my body

So often, healthy nutritious food is associated with restrictions and deprivation

I love food and I  don't believe in calorie counting.

OK  - there is a purpose for it if your trying to relearn good  habits around healthy choices, But our bodies already know what feels good, the foods that increase vitality and what clogs us. 

 

I WANT to give my body the best fuel to increase energy and vitality so that I can get on with experiencing all the adventures in life......What do you want?
