"I am a really picky eater, I seem to say there is more I don’t like to eat than what there is I do.

When I attempted to recover my health I knew diet and nutrition would be vital to the healing process. Most prepared food could be expensive so I had to consider the cost, plus the ease of accessing good food and how to prepare.
