Often we don't pursue our dreams out of guilt, fear, finances or simply not knowing where to begin. Its easier to channel our energy into others out of habit or because it makes us feel needed. the action feels like progression.

You can continue to give to others and yourself.

Where are you?

Where are you?

have you found a space for you amongst the professions you've had to acquire while caring for your autistic child.............and everyone else?

I know there are elements of you in each of these roles, are they your passions, do they match the dream you had for your life?

Having a child with different needs has enriched my life and almost destroyed me.

I discovered myself in that unchartered land.

Let's share our discoveries, build a community, find tools that work and let go just a little.

When you give yourself pieces of your dream, you "fill up" allowing yourself and others the freedom to be who they were meant to be.

have you ever felt embarrassed or even guilty to ask for money in return, for a skill that you have that comes easily to you.....it doesn't cost you anything, only your time?

For a long time you have shared your love, knowledge, your skills, your gift with others.

How often have you.........

  • Depleted your energy and money?

  • Worked hard, trading your most valuable resource, time, for money?

  • Where did your hopes, goals and dreams go?

There is space for you and your dreams. You don’t have to do it alone. Time is your most valuable asset, let me show you have to use it more effectively and access the vision for your life.

Tanya and Ingrid have both experienced burnout - within different areas, yet have had essentially the same outcome - a need to reclaim joy and purpose in life.

In both cases, dramatic Action was taken - perhaps the result of having let things go for so long and the desperation to find meaning, joy and ourselves.

 

 

 

 

The journey to finding your purpose and living the life you have imagined can be a difficult one. Developing new habits and the discipline to pursue new outcomes requires change and adjustment for all around you. There will be some resistance but if you stick to what you 'want' to do and have tools in place to maintain your actions you can keep your focus and achieve your goal.

 

All of us have developed an array of skills purely from having to learn on the run, out of necessity.

Learning to navigate unchartered territory by building a makeshift toolbox as you go. In the process we lose ourselves forgetting what it was that made our heart sing.

You've led a life that is yours and only yours. your specific skills and talents are unique to you. these need to be reclaimed.

Let go a little bit,  rediscover each day..........
