CKO Muay Thai and boxing gym is a privately owned gym that has been producing champions for over 20 years on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia.
We have been involved in all aspects of Thai boxing from training, weight loss, fighting, athlete performance, representing Australia, judging, refereeing and cornering.
We teach traditional Muay Thai techniques, using the art to train the next generation of fitness, fighting and weight loss participants.
This year we have had the opportunity to expand our community through the knowledge we have of boxing. We now offer boxing classes for people with Parkinsons disease.
Many of our students come to train with us to learn self defence and to gain confidence in themselves having experienced difficult and confronting situations. Learning Muay Thai and training with a group of like minded people in a safe non judgemental environment builds personal resilience and strength on many different levels.

You dont have to be fit to begin learning Muay Thai .
As you learn your fitness increases. Everyone can learn at any level. It's a skill based art that utilises 8 limbs and your mental capacity.

Amateur and Competition Western Boxing Instruction of all ages and levels.
Come and learn technique and movement, increase your knowledge and fitness, in Western Boxing.
BOXING BAG DRILLS - this is an intense interval class, increasing your hand combination, movement and knowledge of boxing techniques, for boxers and Muay Thai boxers
All boxers are welcome in the Muay Thai classes where we cover boxing technique, movement and skill.

FUNKT
Come and get FUNKT!
This is a 45 minute functional training class suitable for all levels of participant. All the movements complement Muay Thai and Boxing classes.
ESSENTIAL FOR ANY ONE IN COMPETITION.
The Saturday morning class is a Fight fitness class for Boxers and Muay Thai Boxers. All Levels of student are welcome, regressions and progressions of the exercises will be available.

She's really understanding and makes training fun for everyone. COVID 19 - What it means for you
Your health and the health of our team is important to us, if you present with cold or flu symptoms please stay home and consult your doctor.
We maintain a high level of cleanliness in the gym ensuring that our equipment, mats and facilities are cleaned after each class or private session with disinfectant.
Hand Sanitiser, disposable gloves, paper towels, disinfectant spray and hand soap os available for you to use at your convenience. Face masks are not required to be worn in the gym at the moment, please bring one with you if you would like to wear one.
We ask that all participants arrive 10 minutes before class to fill out any required paperwork and wrap hands before class, to ensure we start on time.
It is no longer permitted for us to lend out equipment for training.
