MEET THE TRAINER

Tanya is the founder of TANQUA training and has Cert 3, 4 and Master Trainer qualifications in fitness. She has also completed and qualified to teach the KOPD Boxing program for people with Parkinsons.

She has trained as an Amateur athlete in Muay Thai with CKO Muay Thai & Boxing Gym and has lived and trained in Thailand.
